Who we are

Two pharmacies, each with a registered pharmacist in charge. Online orders are prepared at our Madrid pharmacy.

What you can buy

Over 35,000 parapharmacy products: skincare and sun protection, supplements and vitamins, baby care, oral care, orthopaedics, first aid and pet care. Many brands are international, such as La Roche-Posay, Avène, Eucerin or Bioderma, and product names don’t change with the language, so the quickest way to find something is to type the brand or product name in the search box.

We don’t sell medicines online, only parapharmacy. For medicines, with or without a prescription, please visit a pharmacy.

Delivery

We deliver with Correos, the Spanish postal service, to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: to your home, to a Correos post office or to a CityPaq parcel locker. We don’t deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain. If you live there, you can collect your order at either of our pharmacies.

• Delivery times count from the day your order leaves the pharmacy. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 13:30 (Madrid time) leave the same day. Later orders, and those placed at weekends or on public holidays, leave on the next working day: Correos doesn’t collect or deliver at weekends or on public holidays.
• For the Balearic Islands, allow up to 48 hours more.
• At checkout you’ll see the estimated delivery date for each option.
• Orders over 2 kg, and orders with some medical devices whose price is regulated by law, carry a small surcharge. It’s always shown in the basket before you pay.
• Collection at our pharmacies can’t be chosen at checkout. Tell us which pharmacy you prefer through the chat, by email or in the order notes, and wait for our message before you come: your order may not be there yet.

How to order

1. Find your product and press COMPRAR (buy).
2. Go to the basket (Carrito) and press Finalizar compra (checkout).
3. Fill in your details and choose a delivery option. You don’t need an account: you can order as a guest.
4. Choose how to pay and press Pagar (pay).

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal or Bizum (a Spanish mobile payment service). Prices are in euros and include VAT.

Words you’ll see at checkout

Your browser can translate the rest of the website: in Chrome, right-click and choose Translate; in Safari on iPhone, tap the aA button in the address bar.

Ingredients, allergens and directions: products come with their Spanish label and leaflet, and automatic translations can get things wrong. The Spanish text and the label are what count. If you have an allergy or any doubt, ask us before you buy.

Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to return a product, unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of food, opened cosmetics or personal-use items.
• If you simply change your mind, the return postage is at your cost.
• If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we’ll pay for the return and the replacement.
